Arrival at Casablanca Mohamed V airport. Welcome, assistance and transfer for a sightseeing tour of Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco. This tour will include an exterior and interior visit of the Hassan II Great Mosque. Proceed with a visit of the Place Mohammed V, the United Nations Square, and the surroundings of the Royal Palace before strolling along the Ain Diab corniche.Independent lunch in a restaurant of your choice (suggestions will be provided), then drive to your hotel.
After breakfast, departure to Rabat. Upon arrival in Rabat, we will visit the administrative capital of Morocco. Our sightseeing will feature the splendid Mohamed V Mausoleum, the Hassan Tower and Place des Oudaya. After that we will drive to Fes with a stop at the Roman ruins of Volubilis and the sacred town of Moulay Idriss I, the burial town of the founder of the first moroccan kingdom. Continue to Fes. Arrival,check-in, dinner and overnight stay at the Riad.
The whole day will be devoted to the sightseeing of Fes, the oldest cultural and spiritual imperial city of Morocco, which was founded in790 AD by Moulay Idriss II. Highlights will include the Medieval Medina, the Medersas, the El Qaraouiyyin Mosque,the tanneries and the sumptuous Nejjarine fountain. After lunch, we will visit the Arabian House to observe various craftsmen performing their work reminiscent of ancient techniques. Dinner and overnight stay.
This morning we journey over the Moyen Atlas and cedar forests with its monkeys to stop at Midelt, which is a beautiful alpine area. Surrounded by huge pine trees, this tranquil mountain setting is a great spot to cool down and relax after the hustle and bustle of Fes. We will head towards the great desert and Merzouga, where we transfer to camels for a trek into the Sahara Desert for a night at our Berber Camp. We enjoy local food, music and an amazing night out under the Saharan stars.
The camel man, will awaik you for amazing sunrise in the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. After the breakfast, we will drive to Todra gorge, otherwise known as ‘Morocco’s Grand Canyon’. A 1000 ft gorge made up of beautiful limestone cliffs that change colour as the sun moves from east to west. You will have time to explore both the plunging depths and the stupefying heights, from there, we will drive to Dades Valley known as the the happy Valley.
After the breakfast, our imperial cities and also sahara desert scenic tour will take us through Roses Valley famous with its roses Celebration on the first week of May. From there, we will drive to Skoura Oasis to reach Ouarzazate as well as visit at Ait Benhaddou, the UNESCO detailed fortified settlement, on our journey will drive to Marrakech and enjoy free evening in the famous square Jemaa El Fnaa.
