8 Days Tour From Marrakech to Imperial Cities & Sahara

DAY 1 : Marrakech (Free day tour)

Private tour from Marrakech starts today and we explore Marrakech. You will explore main attractions and monuments of the city including famous Jamma el Fna square , Kotubia mosque , souks, palaces,museums. We explore also new part of the city called Gueliz, gardens Menara and Marjolle. We stay in Marrakech in local hotel with dinner and breakfast.

DAY 2 : Marrakech – Tizi n Tichka pass – Ouarzazatte – Dades Gorges

Private tour from Marrakech starts today and we pass through Tizi-n-Tishka in the high Atlas Mountains and have short stops to take some photos. We will visit the Ait Ben Haddou village which is recognized by UNESCO as a world patrimony. It is also the best place for famous cinema directors.and then continue our day enjoying the beautiful natural landscapes of Roses Valley, which is known by Festival of roses. After we arrive to Dades Gorges we stay here to spent in local hotel.

DAY 3 : Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Rissani – Merzouga

Today we continue private desert tour from Marrakech and we drive to visit Todra Gorges. We will walk in narrow canyon , famous for hikers. Then we pass Ziz valley to reach city of Erfoud, famous for its fossil products. We may visit here local fossil factory and shop where you may purchase souvenir. We continue to Rissani , where we will visit local souk, famous in the area. We drive towards desert , to reach Merzouga, from where we start our camel ride into the desert dunes. We will ride camels with experienced camel guide. We reach Merzouga desert camp where we stay overnight in desert tents. You will enjoy desert dinner and Berber music around campfire. This night will be amazing and you will never forget your stay in Merzouga desert.

DAY 4 : Merzouga desert - 4x4 excursion - Camel ride

Today we spent the day by exploring Merzouga desert. You will have opportunity to try sand-boarding , you can also ski in the dunes , and we also explore area by 4×4. We will visit Khamlia village – famous for its music. We can’t miss opportunity to see perfect sunset at dunes. We spent the night in Berber tents with local music and tasty dinner.

DAY 5 : Merzouga – Midelt – Fes

After watching sunrise in the desert , we continue our private 3 Days desert Tour from Marrakech and we ride camels back to the hotel. After breakfast we drive towards Rissani , Erfoud and we reach Midelt in Atlas mountains Then we drive to Fes where we stay overnight in local hotel.

DAY 6 : Fes Guided Tour

You will have a guided tour of Fes to visit the Médersas Attarine, Fontaine Ennajarine, also Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss and the Karawiyin Mosque. This tour will include a visit to the tannery and the ceramics cooperative to see the traditional moroccan crafts. You can spend the afternoon exploring the fascinating medina before having dinner at a local restaurant. We spend another night in Fes in local riad/hotel.

Day 7 : Fes – Rabat – Casablanca

Fez comprises three distinct parts, Fes el Bali which is the oldest part surrounded by a big wall, where are more than 9000 narrow streets and allies. Fes-Jdid or the new Fez, home of the Mellah the Jewish quarter and the Ville Nouvelle the newest section of Fez created during the French occupation. Fes el Bali is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later today we drive to Rabat and Casablanca.

Day 8 : Casablanca – Marrakech

Today we visit the main attractions and monuments in Casablanca including Hassan II Mosque. Then we will drive to Marrakech and end of our trip.
